Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery.
Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before deploying non-essential tracking technologies.
Location Information
The Application collects your device's location to connect you with nearby drivers, estimate fares, and improve the Application experience. Specifically:
- Ride matching: Your location is shared with nearby Voder Partner drivers when you request a ride.
- ETA & routing: Location data powers real-time arrival estimates and route display during active trips.
- Analytics: Aggregated location data helps the Service Provider improve pickup zone accuracy and service coverage.
- Third-party mapping: Location data may be shared with mapping service providers to render maps and navigation.
The Application does not continuously track your location between active ride sessions.
The Voder Partner app requires continuous, real-time GPS access while the app is active. This is essential for core platform functionality. Location data is used to:
- Trip matching: Your real-time location is used to match you with nearby customers and calculate distance-based eligibility.
- Navigation: Live GPS data powers in-app navigation to pickup and drop-off points.
- Customer visibility: Your location is shared with assigned customers during active trips so they can track your approach.
- Trip records: Route data for each completed trip is stored for billing accuracy, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Background location: When you are logged in and marked as available, location is tracked in the background to enable timely trip matching. You may disable background tracking in device settings, but this may impair your ability to receive trip requests.
- Safety monitoring: Location records may be reviewed by the Service Provider in response to a reported safety incident.
Identity & Background Verification
To ensure the safety of customers and the integrity of the platform, the Service Provider collects identity documents and conducts background checks on all driver-partners before they are permitted to accept trips.
- Identity documents (driver's licence, government-issued ID, Aadhaar) are verified against issuing authority databases or via authorised third-party verification services.
- Background checks are conducted through authorised verification partners. Results are used solely to assess platform eligibility and are not shared with customers.
- Verification document copies and check results are retained for the duration of your active partnership and for the minimum period thereafter required by applicable law.
- If your application is declined on the basis of a background check, you may have the right to obtain a copy of the report and dispute inaccuracies directly with the relevant third-party provider.
Vehicle & Insurance Information
The Service Provider collects information about the vehicle you use on the platform to ensure regulatory compliance, roadworthiness, and customer safety.
- Vehicle registration certificate (RC) details — registration number, owner name, class, and validity
- Insurance policy number, provider name, and policy validity dates
- Vehicle permit details, where required under local or state transport regulations
- Fitness certificate and pollution under control (PUC) certificate details, where applicable
- Vehicle photographs displayed in your driver profile visible to assigned customers
This information may be cross-verified with transport authority databases or insurance providers. Operating with expired or invalid vehicle documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the platform.

- Incentive, bonus, and referral payment records
